Volumes typically range from 1,000 to 500,000 units. Minimum order quantities vary by product, so enter the volume you need to see the most suitable options.

No. You can configure a complete packaging solution, including bottles, caps, filling, labels and cases.

Our range covers formats from 187ml to 1 litre, including the standard 750ml bottle and several sizes in between.

No. Alongside our 750ml flat bottle, we offer a growing selection of round bottles, including Bordeaux and Burgundy shapes. Smaller formats, including 187ml, are currently round.

They are currently available from production locations in the UK, Australia and South Africa. We plan to expand this network over time.

Yes. Submit a bespoke packaging enquiry through WinepackOS and our team will discuss the brief, volumes, timings and development process with you.

Options vary by product and include colourless and green bottles. Custom colours may also be available for bespoke or brand-led projects.

We generally recommend colourless PET because it can support higher-quality recycling at end of life. Requirements differ by market, however, and the configurator will help guide your choice—for example, where a retailer or Nordic monopoly prefers coloured PET.

Options range from virgin material to 100% recycled content, depending on the bottle and supply location. The configurator will show what is available for your chosen specification.

Yes. WinepackOS includes filling options through partners in the UK, continental Europe, South Africa and Australia.

Yes. You can buy bottles only or bottles with compatible caps if you plan to arrange filling yourself.

Either. Start with whichever matters most to you: the bottle you want or your preferred filling location. Both routes guide you towards a complete specification.

Yes. We can supply compatible labels and outer cases as part of your complete pack.

Yes. If we are filling your wine, however, we recommend using the labels and cases offered through WinepackOS so their compatibility can be checked. If you supply your own, you will be responsible for confirming that they perform correctly with the chosen bottle and filling line.

Yes. Tell us the shelf life you need and WinepackOS will guide you towards a suitable bottle and barrier specification, without requiring you to navigate the technical detail yourself.

Yes. Shelf life depends on the complete pack and how it is filled. When you choose bottles, caps and filling together, the specification can be aligned with your shelf-life requirement. If you buy bottles only, results may vary according to your own filling process and controls.

We offer the Novatwist closure, designed specifically for PET bottles. It is available in a range of colours and in sizes suited to both smaller and larger bottle formats.

The Novatwist closure is designed to remain with the PET bottle during recycling, so it does not need to be removed. Always follow the recycling guidance in the market where the pack is sold.

We recommend a compatible recyclable plastic closure. Metal closures can disrupt PET recycling if they remain attached to the bottle at end of life.

Yes. WinepackOS shows how your choices affect the price as you build your packaging, giving you a clear and transparent view of the available options.

Yes. Go back and change the bottle, volume, filling location, colour, recycled content, barrier or other components to compare options and prices.
