Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how WinepackOS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services. By using our site, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company details, and anything you enter into our configurator or forms. Our servers also keep standard access logs — including your IP address and browser type — as is typical for any website. Separately, with your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site (see “Cookies and tracking” below); you can decline these at any time.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, respond to your enquiries, generate quotes, send you relevant updates, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies and tracking
We use a strictly-functional cookie to keep you signed in to the configurator. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it; these load only after you accept them via the banner shown on your first visit. You can decline analytics on that banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies, which resets your choice and stops analytics. Declining analytics does not affect your access to the site.
Sharing your information
We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting and email providers, always under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and operate our business. Enquiry, order, and access-request records are automatically anonymised 24 months after they are created, or sooner on request.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@winepackos.com and we will export or anonymise your data.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
